Ingredients: 1.5 oz vodka
1.5 oz freshly squeezed grapefruit juice (about 1/8 grapefruit)
1.5 oz MOTHER shrub Ginger shrub
1 sprig fresh fennel
Directions: In the base of a cocktail shaker, add ice, vodka, juice, shrub, and fennel. Shake 25-30 times. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with a grapefruit wedge.

Add to a glass filled with ice:
1 shot MOTHER shrub Ginger shrub
1 shot elderberry hibiscus syrup (or any herbal berry syrup)
Top with sparkling water. (Adjust to taste)
1 oz MOTHER shrub
4-5 oz sparkling water
Add shrub to an ice-filled glass. Top with sparkling water. Gently stir. Adjust proportions to taste. Enjoy!
