Ingredients: 1.5 oz vodka
1.5 oz freshly squeezed grapefruit juice (about 1/8 grapefruit)
1.5 oz MOTHER shrub Ginger shrub
1 sprig fresh fennel
Directions: In the base of a cocktail shaker, add ice, vodka, juice, shrub, and fennel. Shake 25-30 times. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with a grapefruit wedge.

1 part grapefruit MOTHER shrub
1 part Tito’s Vodka or your choice of spirit
1 lime wedge
1 bunch of mint
2 parts seltzer or sparkling water
Sugar, to taste
Gently crush mint in the bottom of glass. Add shrub and spirits. Top with seltzer and ice. Squeeze in the juice of a lime wedge. Stir. Serve with a lime as garnish. If the flavor is too sour for you, add a bit of sugar to taste.
1 shot MOTHER shrub
1 shot spirits
Add any flavor shrub and a shot of your favorite spirit to an ice filled glass. Top with seltzer. Stir gently. Serve with your choice of garnish. Experiment and Enjoy!
